About me
I am currently a junior at the University of Oregon. I am majoring in Business Administration with a focus in Finance.
My time at U of O thus far has been a truly incredible experience. I am very pleased with my decision to attend this school, and not just because of the football team! I feel honored to be earning an education within the Lundquist College of Business. I have learned a tremendous amount, both academically and socially. The relationships I have made here are ones that I know will last a life time. I have made connections through various organizations, and have grown stronger as a person through social interactions. I believe this school has truly prepared me for the real world.
Hometown
I was born in Seattle, Washington and I have one older sister. My mom and I moved to Palm Desert, California when I was nine-years-old. After living here for four years, we moved to Orange County, California, where we lived for the next three years. My mom and I moved once again in the middle of high school to Lake Oswego, Oregon to be closer to family.
Although the moves were difficult at the time, I believe they have made me into a stronger person. I have been forced four different times to go to a new school, not knowing anyone. Since I was shy as a child, this really forced me to come out of my shell and make new friends. Now I can say that I have friends all up and down the West Coast. Moving so much helped me adapt to college my freshman year faster than most. It has also made me feel confident that I can live anywhere and be fine. Where ever I get my first job, I know I will thrive and adapt quickly.
